The last four images are digital sketches I made on my iPad that I used as studies for the new collection. The seven other works are made with 24 karat gold leaf and oil on canvas. Size 60 x 60 x 4.5 cm.
This series is made in a free handed natural flow of creation and pure from imagination. The inspiration comes by natural forms and patterns. I try to find a balance between golden lines and color in the field of my canvas. The reflection of the natural versus artificial light and it’s changes on the canvases are a never ending joy and fascination in my experience.
This series is made to generate positive visual effects in a light, gentle and elegant way.
